Been there a number of times and liked it. This time a few things were not quite good enough. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was rather limited, and coffee was not good. Pool was nice except for horrible music blasting too loud all the time. Pool staff bit obsessive about tidying recliners - making things a bit uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned very well. But very comfortable bed. So, nothing awful, but just felt things were slipping a bit.

Modern renovated hotel, very clean. It is not in the center of everything but close by. You can get to the old city and Promenade within 20 minutes. The staff is very nice. They did put us in a different room type than I reserved and could not be changed since it was sold out. The staff was very kind and the room type they assigned us was not too bad. One note: the bathroom and shower does smell like a sewer. Overall a good experience.

We had a great stay here. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are spacious, and staff were very helpful. The gym was small and one of the three machines was out of service, which sucked but isn't uncommon in hotel gyms. The roof bar and pool were a huge highlight. Very close to the tram, which is easy to get around all of Nice.
