it is a 5th and last floor of a beautiful building, facing west on a very large open yard and quiet. the apartment is a T2 of 35 m2 has recently been renovated, it is composed of an entrance that distributes all independent of each other parts: bedroom with large closet; shower room with comfortable corner shower; fully equipped kitchen (washing machines laundry machine, dishwasher, halogen hob, microwave, freezer, pressure cooker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc ...); living room with TV, wireless internet; beddings are quality (hotel sofa in the living room).
We provide linens to make your holidays: sheets, towels, tea towels.

Lovely apartment near the Old Town
A nice apartment on the fifth floor with an elevator. Comfortable, well-equipped, easy walking distance to main attractions. Ava was a proactive communicator, met us at the apartment and explained everything very well. We recommend this apartment.

A little walk from the Promenade, difficult to find & access building- no wi fi ( however Ava says she would get this fixed), this didnt happen! No carbon monoxide or smoke alarms, broken door handle, tatty/ worn out & stained furnishings, bathroom stained/ mouldy black marks?, a v dusty TV/table with crumbs on, sparse & basic-NOT 3* more a 1 star!!

Quiet location easy walking distance to OldTown
Ava was extremely helpful meeting us and making sure everything was set up for us. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, has an elevator, is a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, and is convenient to buses that serve the train station and other parts of town. It is about a 7 minute walk to Old Town and all the restaurants there. FYI. There is no air conditioning.
