Beautiful apartment in Nice recently renovated with all amenities.
Contemporary bathroom and Italian shower, fitted kitchen.
Small balcony typical of the old town. Beautiful Heights under ceilings.
The fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer, hob, oven and microwave.
There are two double beds in each of the bedrooms. 1 single bed is placed in the large bedroom as needed.
The supply of a baby cot is possible on request.

A security deposit of 250 euros is required on your arrival, it will be returned to you on your departure.

Large apartment fully equipped in excellent location
This apartment is centrally located. You have absolutely everything you need within walking distance. There’s a tram about half a block away. The apartment itself is very large. It accommodated our group of 5 adults perfectly. Heater worked great. The washing machine is a plus. It is very well equipped and the host responds right away. As it is in a central area, if you are a light sleeper, earplugs will totally solve any noise issue. Hope to be back soon.

After our flight landed, we took the tram as our host suggested, but our map was old and had few trams on it. We had an address, but our wifi wasn't working on roaming so the host's messages didn't reach us. We finally found the old town and went to the town hall to find a map and ask where our flat was. The street was a small alley less than 100m long and very difficult to find. Our host said it was 100m from the tram stop, but in which direction? He met us at the flat and let us in. I took a photo of the map showing the location of the street and sent it to the host. I suggest that he send it to guests to they can find the flat without spending two hours in the heat in fruitless searching with heavy luggage. We had to ask for the third bed, which was locked in a cupboard. I found it very comfortable and put it in the living room so we each had our own bedroom. Who would expect three elderly ladies who are friends, but not That friendly to share two double beds? The keys belong in a museum. They are very difficult to use - not for the arthritic. New locks are needed. The old town is full of character, but is also very noisy at night. The double glazing helped to cut some of the noise, but partying all night and shouting at 3am is not helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a very well stocked book case. We enjoyed our stay in Nice, but it could have been less stressful. Ellen

The property was lovely and located in a really convenient location within the old part of Nice and a short walk to the beach. The owner Jean-Michel was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Old Nice
The apartment is excellent, clean, well provided. The most gracious and helpful host. No air conditioning, but that did not bother us, because the tall buildings around prevent the sun from reaching your windows. There were two inconveniences: mosquitoes and noise. For the mosquitoes one must come prepared with sprays. The noise, though, is unbelievable, coming from all the restaurants and pubs open until 3am. The location is very nice for the proximity to beaches, shops and touristic attractions, but the price is lack of sleep.

Old Nice
Lovely, spacious apartment. The only drawback was the club beneath the bedroom windows, but good earplugs help with that. What I liked most about the apartment was the location. It is in old town Nice but just a block from newer Nice. It is convenient to the tram, the beach, grocery stores, the post office.
