"Breakfast was served in the 6th floor of the hotel which had a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. It was a beautiful setting. Unfortunately the service did not measure up to the setting. I had finished my buffet breakfast before I got my Americano coffee. We had dinner at the same location that evening and it was very slow in getting our drinks as well. Other than that, the service was excellent. The concierge was outstanding. But for a 5 star hotel you expect more efficient service in their dining facilities."

"We just stayed at the Hotel West End Nice to celebrate a big birthday and anniversary. It was also our first time in France. I was so nervous about a non-refundable international booking, but let me tell you that this hotel made our trip SO special and memorable. I will never forget it. After booking a Deluxe sea-view room, I emailed them ahead to confirm, and they replied promptly. When we arrived, we were treated to a stunning full view oceanfront room in a historic hotel that has been painstakingly cared for. I was awed, just blown away. Marie at the front desk was so sweet and patient with us when we arrived tired from a long flight and gave us all the information we needed to have a good stay. The historic hotel itself is beautiful, and constantly being meticulously maintained. You can tell how much pride and care they have in the property. Our room was very clean, sanitized, and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. We had no mold or repair issues. The hotel is bustling with guests during the day, but quiet at night. Our booking included the French buffet breakfast every morning, and that was another highlight of our trip! We ate there every morning. The hotel is central to many landmarks. It's on the promenade, beachfront, easy access to trains, buses, and trams. I can say that I didn't have a single interaction with the hotel that was negative. Everyone is so professional, helpful, spoke English, and very friendly. Would absolutely return to them again."

"Perfect location. Wonder staff. We received a free room upgrade to a balcony room. The views of the park and beach from it were amazing. Room was very clean and stocked with good coffee, robes, slippers, and L'Occitane products in the bathroom! Would absolutely stay again."

"Very nice lobby, but rooms and bathrooms were not given the same attention. Bathroom had lots of broken tiles and could use a deep cleaning. No cold fridge in the room but told it was a “minibar” which turned out to useless and had mildew."
