    Located in the peaceful and sought-after Imperial Park district in Nice, this apartment is just a stone's throw from the Russian Church, close to shops such as Carrefour City Gambetta, and only 750 metres from Alsace Lorraine tram station. Florida beach is accessible in just 1 km, whilst the town centre, Place Masséna, and Nice Thiers station are approximately 2 km away. Nice Côte d'Azur airport is located 6 km away.

    The lounge, bright and modern, offers a comfortable space to relax.     How to get to my accommodation in Nice on arrival



    I have chosen to arrive by air



    Upon arriving at the airport, a wide choice of transport is available to you to get to your apartment:



    The tram – The best value: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serving the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pine district and finally the Port district.

    A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

    A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



    Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is a fixed official rate that must be applied + the baggage charge. Make sure you enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



    The bus: The airport shuttle (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



    I chose to arrive by train



    The tram – The best value: To get to line no. 1, exit on the left of the station and head down towards Avenue Thiers until Avenue Jean Médecin (it is indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket is inexpensive. Line 1 serves the city centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

    A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

    A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



    Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is no fixed rate. The driver must compulsorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed on arrival + the baggage rate. Make sure to enquire and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse you. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

    Don't forget to have the complete address ready to give to the driver.



    I chose to arrive by car



    There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

    • By the day (24 hours)

    • By the week

    • By the month



    It may prove more interesting to pay for a week rather than by the day for stays of more than 4 days, and so on. Be sure to check the tariff grid at the car park entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
