  • The Villa Gallet was built in 1930 in a 1-hectare park at the top of a hill overlooking Saint-Paul de Vence with a direct view of its citadel.<br>It was completely renovated and put into operation in May 2024.<br>It is composed of a main villa (5 bedrooms-10 people), three terraces, a huge swimming pool, a carp pond, a petanque court, two annex studios that can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers.<br>The villa sits on the top of the hill and offers 360° views.<br>You can admire the citadel of Saint-Paul de Vence with its 5th century wall, you will enjoy a wide view of the sea, as well as the Cap d'Antibes, on the back you can admire the Baous and the hinterland of Vence, as well as the Mercantour in the distance.<br>The interest of this property is that it can be easily accessed by car.<br>It is composed of a driveway that runs all around the property which is served by two separate gates. We had an amazing stay at the Villa Galet. It was exactly as described, it was beautiful, spacious , clean and the kitchen was well equipped! There was plenty of space and areas for all of us to hang out - by the pool, on the terrace, by the pétanque area. We all loved it, kids and grownups. We enjoyed it so much that there were days we didn’t want to go explore the area. Saying that, the location is perfect : a 10 minute drive to St Paul de Vence, 20-25 minutes to Nice airport, and there are plenty of towns and vilashrs to discover nearby.We have never come across a rental that we would want to come back to, but now we have!

The villa was incredible. The views were unbelievable, the place was spacious, clean, well-equipped (especially the kitchen -- there are a ton of plates, wine glasses, etc). The pool was fantastic, the weather allowed us to use it a couple of times. The host was very quick to respond and resolved our issues as soon as they could. Our visit was unforgettable and we definitely recommend this villa to other travellers! Only one thing: There are no shampoos or hand soaps at the villa! We had to buy some from a nearby grocery store. Not a big deal, just something you should know!
