Property is well situated very close to Nice Ville train station which is very convenient. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy, the towels were soft and the shower was very nice (just wash your step if you use conditioner as it makes shower bed a tad slippery). They have water, treats and a drink available mid afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying here. It’s an easy walk to everything.

Nice hotel, little service.

Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the service was blah. I had requested 2 twin beds, but arrived to a single. The front desk agent brought up sheets but I had to change them. For 312 Euros a night, I expect much more.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The distance to the train station was great and a lovely walk into the more touristy areas. The area felt safe and the rooms and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed free coffee and pastries through the day. Shower was not amazing, couldn’t get consistent temperature and was quite weak. The pillows weren’t great so struggled to sleep some nights. Overall we had a lovely experience and would definitely come back!

The staff were really nice and changed our room when there was an issue with noise; we got a free upgrade. However the hotel is more 3 star; the facilities need to be updated, the usual toiletries are not given, the sheets, towels and bathroom had stains and were not clean. The space was quite small and breakfast whilst ok was limited and not what you’d expect for a continental breakfast. The walls are too thin; the ear plugs provided do not adequately filter out the noise. It is a good location and the staff are really friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel, Villa Othero!

Nicely decorated and very clean and proper hotel in Nice. Very convenient too as it is very close to the station (Nice Ville) and a maximum 15 minutes pleasant walk down to the beach and promenade des Anglais.
