This 3-bedroom 2-1/2 bath townhome in residential Niceville is perfect for your escape. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, each bedroom has a ceiling fan for improved comfort. All guests will find all new appliances and kitchen table to fit up to 6 people. Included are a brand new washer and dryer. A brand new AC system to keep you cool. 2 newly renovated full bathroom’s (one walk in shower, the other a full size tub come equipped with a hair dryer, basic soaps, towels, and sheets for a terrific stay. You can expect a good nights sleep in our quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. There is a brand new washer and dryer located in the garage. 2 TVS and WI-FI for your in home entertainment needs. We also provide oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig with a few coffee samples to try. Also you will find pots/pans/utensils/dishes included so you can cook and eat in. We have also included a couple beach chairs and beach towels you may borrow. There is a tiny personal patio in the back overlooking the garden. A short walk through the back yard is a dock to enjoy the water view. Please no smoking in the house. Damages apply.

We could not be happier with our experience! The townhome was beautiful, well-kept, and had every comfort of home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet not far from grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were lovely, accommodating and always quickly responsive to messages. We had a wonderful, very positive experience, and very highly recommend this beautiful townhome!
