It is a cute little house will keep up to 13people comfortably. its four bedroom and two bathrooms in close backyard. Its a great place to sit outside and enjoy the view. Peaceful community which 5 minutes away from the town and 15 minutes from the beach. Destin is 25 minutes- ft Walton beach is 25 minutes from the house

Perfect Home Away From Home!
This is the most comfortable home! There were 5 adults and one 3 year old in our family group— we had more than enough room. All our needs were met, plus some!!! Exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Great fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood but close to main thoroughfare. I would highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay here again. 5 stars!!!!

Until next time
We usually have a hard time finding a place to stay because of the size of my family, this place fit us perfect! Very roomy, really nice and cozy inside, tv loaded with Netflix, Hulu, prime, etc. backyard has shade and room for the kids to play. Only minutes away from beaches and food with a gas station literally around the corner, very convenient. I will be booking this place again and recommend it to anyone with a big family.

10/10 stars, Would recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay in Niceville, Florida
The property was very nice. The house was welcoming and very clean. The colors were beautiful and I enjoyed the decor. We had 10 family members and it didn’t feel overly crowded. There was plenty of seating in the dining room/living room. The backyard was fenced in and had a beautiful patio with garden lights and a nice table to sit at. As a bonus, there was a pretty fruit tree outside the master bedroom as well as a provosts door that lead out to the back patio. The house was fully furnished with towels, soap, spices, dishes, cooking ware, coffee maker, food processor, washer/dryer with soap and dryer sheets! This place is ready to enjoy, I will stay here again when my family and I are back in the area.
