The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

This single room was small but functional, comfortable and well thought out. Location was conveniently close to the Centre and if you don't fancy the walk, the trams are frequent and low cost.

The 25hours Hotel in Zurich has a fun, bohemian vibe and plenty of character. Our room was comfortable, and the complimentary bike rental was a real highlight. Zurich is an exceptionally bike-friendly city, and exploring on two wheels turned out to be one of the best parts of our stay. There were, however, several drawbacks. The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, which made the room uncomfortable during the warmer weather, and the lack of a Smart TV was disappointing. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy compared with other areas of Zurich and lacked appealing dining options. One evening, we were seated at a nearby restaurant only to be completely ignored for almost 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Overall, while the hotel’s quirky design and bike program are definite positives, the location and lack of some basic comforts detracted from the experience. We enjoyed our stay, but for our next visit to Zurich, we would likely explore other hotel options.

Great hotel. Under construction right now. But hopefully even more splendid after renovations. Great location. Staff very friendly.

Spacious room, great location- walkable to the lake and to sites and dining. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site. enjoyed our stay very much - had one problem one night where our a.c . didn’t cool the room, but otherwise had a great stay.
