"A great find. Slightly difficult to find.we initially stopped at the side of the hotel and could not see it. We then drove round another kilometer and it was the furst hotel we had stopped at, but there was no name sign at the side of the hotel. That needs to be improved. The room was great with views over the river. The facilities were good especially the disabled room we had. The staff were excellent and very helpful we will stay again "

"Access to the hotel is via a large gate on the main street. Other than the signage on the gate, the property is not visible from the main street. The hotel surrounds a lovely garden. The hotel is very well kept. The room was spacious, simple but well maintained and comfortable. Parking is on street or at Jean Bart underground parking at the top of the street, I would definitely utilise again."

"We were given a room with a connecting door into another room, the door did not fit well and was not soundproof, with some improvisation with a first aid plaster managed to get a better fit. Not impressed at all. As with all premiere class hotel I have stayed at in the last 2 weeks, has seen better days, and now in need of refurbishment."

Only downside I think is at the evening there was just staff member working as receptionist, waiter and room service. He did well though. "Although the property is tired looking it has everything you need ( apart from a hair dryer or Iron) , the bed was very comfortable and the room a decent size. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the continental breakfast of which there was plenty. The staff are lovely and with the help of google translate we got by. Don’t rely on here for lunch or dinner as there is no restaurant as we know it, only a breakfast room and lounge but we ate across the road in a neighbouring hotel. We would stay here...
