Food was lovely. No toaster though Rooms were cleaned Dailey although some days not until gone 4. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful

Very impressed with the hotel. Room/ en-suite were very clean and comfortable. Room 421 was at the back of the hotel overlooking their courtyard and was very quiet. Large selection of hot/ cold food at breakfast time. We are in the hotel a few times for dinner and again it was very nice and very reasonable, as were drink prices. Happy hour made them even cheaper! Hotel was a few minutes walk from a train station so perfect for going to salt mines/ Auschwitz. Perfect location to walk 10 mins one way to old town/ 10 mins walk the other way to Schindlers factory and on the edge of the Jewish quarter so only a few minutes to get there. Hotel was perfect in every which way for us!

Great hotel in a great location

Fantastic stay and really helpful and friendly staff. Great location within easy walking distance to the square and train station. Would not hesitate to book again.
