The Baltic Sea bath awaits its guests with a beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached after a short walk, numerous restaurants and cafes as well as a corner shop and a bakery. The apartment is not only ideal for summer vacation. Also in spring and autumn it loads z. B. a relaxing short vacation. Nienhagen has developed very solidly. Many new residential and guest houses have been created and historic buildings have been restored to their old charm. Many restaurants invite you to stay. There are shops, hairdressers, doctor's office, physiotherapy and a wellness center in town. Renting a bike is also possible, as is a diving taster course for artificial reefs from Nienhagen or playing mini golf. New beach exits have been created, now even barrier-free. Modern pile stages ensure the finest sandy beach and a pier is currently being planned again. If you don't feel like bathing, use the well-built cycle and hiking trails, visit the Cistercian monastery in Doberan Minster and take the historic small train Molli from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn. Schwerin, Wismar, Rostock and Stralsund with the island of Rügen are other beautiful day trips to visit and shop. In any case, you should visit the Alten Strom in Warnemünde with its unique flair and delicious fish sandwiches (beware seagulls!) not to be missed (1.5 h walk from Nienhagen).
