The Grand Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was lovely. The staff were so good, so friendly and helpful. It's right in the town centre so parking isn't the best but we managed to get a space right out the front. There is parking down the road and the hotel can get you a permit. We were on the top floor and no lift so the stairs were a pain but we got our steps in! The bed was so comfy clean room with good air con and good shower. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent hotel. Loved the location, free parking, breakfast. The bedroom and ensuite was beautifully appointed. My only issue was the oversized pillows, that were too high to comfortably sleep on. Other than that we loved our stay."

"It is a truly lovely country house hotel. The views from the garden are beautiful, and the charming old church just across the road makes the setting even more special. The staff are incredibly dedicated to making sure you are comfortable and happy throughout your stay — a big shoutout to the entire team! The restaurant is also excellent, with great food and service. This place will always be very special to us, as I proposed to my girlfriend in their garden with the beautiful view in the background. We highly recommend this establishment and would gladly stay here again!"

"We chose this property because the price was right. It was clean enough and had the basics required, but nothing more. The location was ideal. The food in the bar was limited so we chose not to eat there. Overall, just satisfactory."

"Breakfast was good, wished there was different options each day but overall good. Staff was amazing and so helpful. The area was lovely as well, lots of small pubs and restaurants, would 100% come back."

"Lovely well appointed and clean hotel with the best pizzas we have had and the best staff ! We loved breakfast, everything cooked to perfection including the boiled eggs! Thank you , such a great stay and would stay again. The rooms were lovely and beds were so comfortable, toiletries were perfect. All round 10/10."
