The hotel is quaint and in a beautiful part of the town. Very walkable in the downtown area. We had two rooms, both comfortably set up. We unfortunately had a room that the heater wouldn’t turn off and we needed air conditioning. It was a sleepless night including maintenance knocking and calling after midnight. They were trying to help but just late to begin dealing with it again. The clock had an alarm set by someone else that went off around 2am. Our other room was awesome! Just unfortunate circumstances but management tried to do everything they could to make it better. My guess is this would never happen again and the hotel will be amazing for others. They are set up for success. Good staff, location and comfort, most of the time!

I love the atmosphere of this hotel. It was done with some antiques, but in a fun, unstuffy way. Maeve at the front desk was wonderful. She helped us with parking, directions around town, and with a plug adapter when we lost ours. The beds were comfortable for me. I really appreciated a soak in the bathtub after all day on my feet. The food at the restaurant was very good and everyone that helped us did a great job.

We received excellent service from a helpful staff. The full Irish breakfast was delicious! We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We found that the best place to eat was the hotel restaurant!
