Very very clean and lovely hotel with a lovely breakfast as well. Absolutely amazing price, this was the nicest place I stayed in Ireland and it was one of the most affordable too. All the staff were absolute sweethearts. Would highly recommend!

The front desk lady was so friendly and welcoming and our room was a “family room”. Plenty of room and comfortable setting. The restaurant was lovely and delicious. The area around was walking friendly and had restaurants and shopping.

Where to stay in Tralee

The hotel was modern and chic. The lighting was brilliant, the beds super comfy and the heating/AC was very quiet in operation. There were both coffee and tea making facilities and no shortage of USB power supply outlets. Excellent staff at reception.

We lived this small (26 rooms?) hotel with 2 restaurants and pub attached. Steps away from several other pubs and restaurants and shopping district. East in and out of Tralee. Grand view of the main avenue of the city and mist shrouded mtns in the distance. Wonderful staff.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel!!!! Wonderful staff and property. New and modern set amongst the downtown pubs cafes and shops. Spent town nights here while exporting Kerry county. 5 star recommendations!

Great location but not sure i would stay again

I am more used to having a manned reception. There was only 1 person and unfortunately although they were very good, they had other things to do too. This meant there was no one there to assist. I was assigned the wrong room and was put in what's called a pod room. In fairness they offered to change it but i had settled in already and felt it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Looked for an ironing board which the receptionist brought to my room. Plug was broke and i got a shock off the plug.

Unfreundlich

Der Empfang im Hotel war leider sehr unfreundlich, was den ersten Eindruck deutlich getrübt hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, jedoch sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu, was man an der modernen Ausstattung merkt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, allerdings nicht direkt am Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die TV-Auswahl – inklusive Netflix – was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es daher nicht beurteilen. Insgesamt ein funktionales Hotel, das seinen Zweck erfüllt, für uns aber aufgrund der Freundlichkeit beim Empfang und der sehr kleinen Zimmer nicht die erste Wahl wäre.

Saubere moderne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und eine Bar mit Live-Musik am Wochenende lädt dazu ein, die schönen Seiten der Insel zu erkunden. Mitten im Zentrum von Tralee kann alles fußläufig erreicht werden.
