Gîte de la Nieultière
Located in the city center, close to shops and restaurants, Gîte de la Nieultière is a charming 19th-century house renovated in 2018. With 85 m² of space, the ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen opening onto the terrace, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and another with a 160x200 cm bed, plus an en-suite shower room and toilet. The house offers a TV with French channels but no Wi-Fi. 4G reception is excellent with some providers and less so with others. A large public parking lot is available right in front of the house. Enjoy the wide Veillon beach in Talmont St Hilaire (20 minutes away) or the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne (30 minutes away). Please note: the accommodation is not recommended for children under 8 due to the staircase and separate bedrooms.
