All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the neighbourhood. No elevator but staff took our suitcases both up and down from our 3rd floor room. Great breakfast room with good food and coffee. Would not stay here again because of room size. We had to take turns opening our suitcases because lack of room. For 1 person maybe fine but not suitable for 2 people. Check room size carefully when booking. Overall good experience.

Room needed some personal touches to make it feel more homely. No artwork on walls. Milk was not replenished daily so called to reception who explained that there would be a €12.50 charge to bring some to the room.
