Arrivé sur place la propriétaire ne s est pas présentée, donc nous n'avons jamais accédé à la location comme prévu et nous avons du trouver un hôtel sans l aide d Abritel pour ne pas retourner immédiatement sur Paris. Il n' y avait pas l adresse exacte de la location sur le site même après le paiement et la propriétaire ne répondait pas aux emails ou appels téléphoniques la semaine précédent le voyage. On a contacté Abritel et ils ne voulaient nous rembourser tant que l on ne constatait pas sur place le défaut de présentation du propriétaire . Je n' avais pas lu les avis sur cette location avant de réserver, mais j aurai du car cj ai lu ensuite que cette mésaventure est arrivée à une autre personne . C 'est inadmissible que cette propriaitaire soit toujours référencée sur la plateforme d Abritel avec ce genre de problème, et qu il y est si peu d assistance de la part d Abritel dans une telle situation. Ils se contentent juste de vous rembourser c'est à vous de débrouiller 'sur place . Bref très mauvaise expérience....

Jamais eu ma location
Nous nous sommes rendus sur place, avons tenté de contacter la propriétaire de la caravane qui ne nous a jamais répondu. Nous avons pris contact avec l'agence qui n'a pas non plus réussi à la joindre. Nous avons donc dû nous résoudre à rentrer chez nous avec des enfants tristes et déçus. Et en plus de cela nous avons payé le séjour et pas encore eu de remboursement. Je déconseille fortement et espère que cette personne ne louera plus jamais sa caravane !!!

Verblijf kon beter , ramen sloten niet allemaal af. Verwarming werkte niet , was ijskoud binnen . Waterlek binnen dus werd nat. Beetje afgeleefd
