Very comfortable. They just didn't bother cleaning my room on the second night. They made the bed only and left the dirty tea cups, dusty floor and the bathroom as is.

Almost perfect

Everything the hotel can influence deserves the full 5 star rating. The reason 5 stars can’t be given is beyond their control: the smell. As is the case in so many locations in the area, the pervasive smell of some nearby pig feeding factory is omnipresent - even down to the spa and indoor pool in the basement. It‘s not their fault, and everything else was great, but the smell of pigsty, even if from a distance, does make the stay less pleasant than it could be. But with the NL government offering incentives for pig feeding factories to shut down, this may improve in the not too distant future.

Was rather disappointed with the hotel. The room was very ordinary lighting was poor. it Had a badly laid out bathroom. Pleasant but small restaurant with a limited . Breakfast was good nice choices, although breakfast rooms were very crowded and there was lots of queuing. I had expected better after reading the other reviews

A fine hotel for one night.

This is a nice hotel in a cute city. We arrived after a long cycle and we’re disappointed that the restaurant was full. Luckily we heading into the town and discovered a fantastic pizza place with so much more character. The room was fine. We appreciated the patio door as we could park our bikes right outside our room. The shower was good. Our one issue was that it didn’t appear that the room had been dusted for a while. The table tops were dusty and when I went to retrieve something that I dropped under the bed….yikes!

Room for improvement

Lot of noise from the nearby road in room 133. Seems to be comming from a ventilation hole in the door to the outside also then closed shut. Pool area with dirty changing rooms, no soap avaliable at shower, and no private showers, no towels or bathrobes avalible at pool/spa or in room. Ladder to pool moves quite a bit, doesn't feel to safe.

Alles was wel goed, echter hadden we een junior suite besteld met 2 eenpersoonsbedden, maar we kregen een tweepersoonsbed. Dit hadden we aangegeven maar er was niks mogelijk. Het enige wat we nu kregen was een 'normale' kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Jammer dat er niks van compensatie werd aangeboden.

Kortaf en onvriendelijke medewerkers bij het inchecken. Het restaurant heeft an sich prima eten, maar de prijzen verschillen per dag voor dezelfde gerechten wanneer het druk is, waarbij de keuze minder is, voor vegetariers en vegans is er uberhaupt vrijwel geen aanbod. Bediening en bereiding is erg traag (om 19.30 aan tafel met een reservering en pas om 21.00 een voorgerecht en 1e drankje zien). Slaapkamers an sich relatief schoon, al hebben we een aantal zilvervisjes aangetroffen in het bed, wat niet optimaal is. Dit hotel verdient duidelijk aan het event center vlakbij, want er is weinig keuze in dit gebied qua verblijf. Voor mij geen 3e keer. (Wij hoopte dat vorig jaar deze ervaring gewoon pech was, maar blijkbaar is dit de standaard
