"Front desk staff are very helpful! The only issue is about the water machine, which should not be limited to certain hours only, as bottled water is not provided in the room and humans need water around the clock."

"Exceptional Japanese ryokan room with modern facilities and great location overlooking a river and with awesome mountain views. Fall colors were just beginning to come in but it was still a beautiful setting. Surprisingly the room had a lot of electrical outlets which made it easy to charge devices. Breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately, the Expedia listing did not offer a dinner option which likely would have been a kaiseki dinner. Since I only learned that dinner was not included upon checking in, it was too late to order the full kaiseki dinner. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo."
