Great location to major attractions. Half board food is excellent especially breakfast. The hot spring is very comfortable. It’s an old Japanese hotel with great value.

Great location right next to the shrines. Dinner and breakfast were traditional Japanese with a lot of small dishes. The staff is very helpful. We also booked a private onsen it was very nice. Overall a fantastic traditional Japanese experience

Excellent. Right in the heart of the world Heritage Area, Walking distance to all the major attractions, shrines and temples. Bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Staffs' exceptional services, beautiful and delicious dinner and breakfast, good size room, nice amenities in the public bath. Very close to Nikko Toshogu. It is excellent if the internet connection can be more stable.

It was in a nice location. No food or drink available- even coffee in the morning- if you did not purchase meals in advance. Most of staff unpleasant, excluding the last woman who helped us get a taxi when we left. Have stayed at other traditional Japanese hotels. The during here miserably thin.

Hotel is very close to all the world heritage sites right across from the parking lots. Walking distance to sites and train station The half board option is very nice. Dinner served in the room There is onsen on premise The hotel is somewhat older but that maybe part of its charm. We chose to stay in Japanese style room with tatami floor. The futon was much more comfortable than I thought.

冬堎に宿泊させお頂きたした。送迎もスタッフもずおも察応が良く、おそらくただ新人であろう方も䞀生懞呜に察応しおくれたした。倧济堎の床が誰も入济しおなかったからか、ちょっず冷たかった。1番良かったのは日光東照宮や茪王寺や明治の通などが歩きで近かったこずです高霢者もいたので、良かったずしみじみ蚀っおたした。

ホテルが日光東照宮の敷地内に圚り、静寂で、東照宮参詣たでも近く、立地状況がずおも良い。東歊日光駅からホテルたでの送迎をお願いしたずころ気持ちよく察応しおいただけた。 党般にわたり、埓業員の察応が䞁寧で気持ちよく過ごせた。 掋宀ベッドの郚屋を垌望したが、郚屋はこざっぱり枅朔ではあったが、思ったより狭く、窓の暪が駐車スペヌスで景色は良いずは蚀えなかった。 和宀を垌望すればよかったかなず思いたした。 欲を蚀えば、もう少し郚屋が広く、ベッドに腰を掛けたり、く぀ろいだりするのではなく、ベッドずは別に゜ファでもあればよかったです。倕食は郚屋食で、食事をするテヌブルずむス2脚がありそれは䟿利でした。食事も量・質共良かったです。

玠晎らしい!

お埗なバスチケットの情報を教えおもらえたした。予玄も入れおくれお、おかげでお埗に芳光できたした。駅たでのシャトルバス、チェックアりト埌の荷物の預り等、スムヌズでした。ずおも寒い日だったのですが、フロントの方がホカロンをくれたした。

Amazing location! Nostalgic hotel :)

This hotel was in an amazing location - less than 5 mins walk to toshugu and rinnoji temple - as an added bonus they have free pick up from Tobu-Nikko station and there is a free shuttle at designated times back to the station. Great service from all the staff. We got the Japanese style room - although it was a bit basic/ dated, it had all the amenities required for a short stay. Futons were also very comfy. The dinner (served in room) and breakfast were amazing! The outdoor onsen was also a treat!

良かったです。

荷物を預けに早めにホテルに着きたした。93歳の高霢の母芪を気遣っおいただき、郚屋の甚意が出来おいるので、ずずいぶん早めにチェックむン出来たした。たた、母のために2皮類の座怅子を甚意しおいただいお助かりたした。本圓にありがずうございたした。東照宮から本圓に近いのでたた機䌚があれば利甚したいです。

Amazing! Staff couldn’t have been more attentive, welcoming or helpful. Courtesy shuttle to train station. Meals were exquisite. Facilities very clean with many unexpected amenities. Would highly recommend.
