Really enjoyed this place, the room was more than sufficient for a family of 4, had all the amenities in it for a longer stay if it was required, not to mention the open air private onsen/bath was perfect after a days walking. There was a lot to see locally all in walking distance, cafes near by, otherwise the train station is close enough to use to get around on. Will definitely look at using this accommodation again if I find myself back in Japan around Nikko!

This is a wonderful apartment/hotel. Very clean and new. Comfortable beds. Large space. Easy parking. The outdoor spa tub is amazing. You need a car to stay here. It’s near some attractions, but well outside Nikko.

Ideal room setup for a family with small kids. The futons can be closed off with the partition allowing for separation between kids and adult. Shower and onsen were spacious and the room came with kitchenette including stove, fridge and microwave. Good location within walking distance of restaurants, stores and some local attractions.

Property was in new condition and plenty of space for family of five. We did not use the small kitchen, but it included a microwave and small refrigerator which was nice. The private hot spring was nice as well. The beds were a little hard and one pillow was given for each of us. The property doesn’t have a lot of walkable restaurants or places to shop. We used our car to get around so it wasn’t an issue for us. My biggest complaint was the noisy guest above our room who was very active and noisy until 1:30am keeping us awake. Fortunately the second night they had checked out.

We loved the cleanliness, and amenities. It felt spacious even for our family of 5. I would recommend a vanity outside of the bathroom or perhaps another mirror for guests to get ready while others are using the shower.

This is a great and luxurious property. We had a two story apartment with the garage. Very modern, convenient and fully stocked with necessities. I especially enjoyed a balcony with the tub to enjoy the bath outdoors with mountain views, very luxurious! The beds were wet clean and comfortable, the projector tvs in the bedrooms were awesome. Truly a wonderful experience. The location does require a car if visiting Nikko, otherwise one could walk to local dining options, yet during our stayI may many were closed by 7. Highly recommend this property!!!

What a SUPER nice place to stay: 1. Roomy for 4 people 2. Nice kitchen for cooking 3. Nice hot and relaxing spa 4. Quiet Relatively small cons: 1. About 30-60 min by car to most sights (e.g., UNESCO temples, lakes, waterfalls, etc.) 2. No one at front desk to help with questions, etc. It's only a tablet for check-in

My husband and i likes it very much.. its a self service check in/out. It has washing machine, kitchen that u can cook and bbq grill and it has private onsen too but we didn’t use it coz it’s cold outside. This room can fit 5-7 people. The thing that I don’t like was the cleaner keeps on trying to open our door when it’s not yet check-out time. But overall we liked it.

Not for long stay

Exactly as photos. Private half-outdoor Onsen is excellent. So comfy. Beds are good and each bed has enough plugs to charge anything! But... we stayed for 5 nights and this accommodation is cater more for shorter stay. No rubbish bin correction and vacuum or mop or anything. So whatever mess you makes, you need to dare for the whole your stay. Kitchen is very small. so more for just heat-up and eat. Other than that, very nice accommodation and overall we are satisfied.

お布団が敷いてあり子供達喜んでました。 お皿を洗う際、 置き場に困りました。 サイズが小さいとか置き場用のものをつけようとしましたが付け方も分からずキッチンペーパーで対応しました。 それ以外は最高でした。 子どもが多いこともあり、一階にして欲しいことを伝えると快く受け入れていただけて。 素晴らしいと思いました。 部屋も角で駐車場の真横で、そこも考えてくださっていたならば神様のような対応です！！！
