"Just completed my fifth wonderful stay at this incredible hotel! Upgrading to their club room this time added extra convenience. The daily laundry service—getting three items washed and returned the same day if dropped off before 10 AM—is a lifesaver. The evening cocktail and sandwich hour from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM daily is a fantastic way to unwind. Being on the 21st floor this time, compared to the 5th floor previously, offered stunning city views. The location is unbeatable. Situated right near an MRT station, getting around KL is an absolute breeze. It is within walking distance to The Gardens and Mid Valley Mall, giving you endless shopping choices and fantastic food options. Furthermore, ECO City is nearby, meaning loads of great coffee choices are just steps away. Housekeeping is fantastic. The room was thoroughly cleaned every single day, and fresh towels were consistently provided. Service is another major standout. Every staff member was exceptionally polite, and even the security guards at the door were exceptionally nice, setting a warm tone immediately. The breakfast buffet on Level 1 is a pleasant start to the morning, though the international portion felt a bit lackluster and the pastry selection was not as abundant as before. However, this is a minor detail in an otherwise stellar experience. Overall, this is my go-to choice in KL. Between the prime location, immaculate rooms, great club perks, and gracious staff, I will definitely stay here again next time!"

"This is perfectly located with all rooms overlooking the lake. The view is stunning and at night the view of the Mosque memorising. Breakfast is international, with an amazing range of dishes."

"Cititel is located inside the Mid Valley Mall so it is really ideal for those who lived shopping and food. . You can walk to the LRT station Abdullah Hukum which can take you to LRT stops as well as Metro stops in Kuala Lumpur. Grab services are readily available at the lobby and all Grab drivers seem to know this place . The concierge helped us to arrive a taxi to the airport for a morning flight so we are really grateful for that. The room though small is adequate with a fridge, kettle, a safe and even an ironing board. there is a variety of food in the buffet breakfast though some shops in Mid Valley open early for breakfast as well"

"It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed it a lot. Parking was a bit confusing at first but once you know where to park everything is fine. Staff was friendly. Would like to stay again next time visit Kuala Lumpur"
