"The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. But we were unpleasantly surprised by too many restrictions and lack of actual service. No housekeeping for the first five days unless you pay very high fees - we had to go searching and begging for new toilet paper! Come on! So ridiculous and demeaning. ..."
