Enjoy convivial meals in the open-plan living area, chat while cooking together in the modern kitchen and listen to the gentle crackling of the fire as you reflect on the day on the cosy sofa.



The well-tended outdoor area also invites you to linger at any time of day. Refresh yourself first thing in the morning in the beautiful pool and recharge your batteries on the comfortable sun loungers while the younger guests let off steam on the lawn. The covered veranda is ideal for a hearty breakfast in the mild morning sun as well as for atmospheric barbecue evenings, where you will always enjoy dipping into the illuminated pool on warm summer nights.



Discover the long, child-friendly sandy beach, play beach volleyball or take part in water sports. Stroll through the historic centre of Nin and sample regional dishes in one of the many restaurants. Visit the Roman remains and discover Zadar. Take a boat trip to the Kornati islands, snorkel in the crystal-clear water and marvel at the impressive waterfalls in Krka National Park.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Rose. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, man konnte zu Fuß in die Altstadt nach Nin. Zum Strand kann man theoretisch auch laufen aber mit dem ganzen Gepäck eher unvorteilhaft. Zuletzt möchte ich noch ein großes DANKESCHÖN an unsere Vermieter sagen. Sie waren sehr herzlich und freundlich und immer bemüht dass es uns gutgeht. Wenn es ein Problem gab, waren sie sofort da und haben sich drum gekümmert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen. Komfortabel, Sauber, freundliche Gastgeber. In etwa 10 min zu Fuß ist man im Örtchen Nin. Strände, Supermärkte sind in kurze Autofahrten zu erreichen.
