The stylish living area with its comfortable sofa landscape opens up to the large panoramic windows, allowing you to enjoy a marvellous view of the outdoors and the sea. Warm colours, fine materials and tasteful accents lend the room a homely atmosphere. Take a seat at the large dining table and enjoy convivial evenings with meals together or fun board and card games.



Outside, the spacious pool area invites you to relax and sunbathe. For those who prefer sporting activities, there is a volleyball net, table tennis table and fitness equipment on the grounds. After games, fun or a short training session, the covered dining area is the ideal place to end the day relaxing with a cool drink.



Take a short walk to the beach, where you can swim, sunbathe or simply enjoy the sweet idleness. Discover the romantic town of Nin and stroll across the famous Nin Bridge, which connects the old town centre with the new part. Enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea on a walk along the Lungomare and visit the Church of the Holy Cross, also known as the smallest cathedral in the world.
