"I have two injured feet and on crutches. Requested first floor at front desk. Got to the room and door was not only stuck but front desk wouldn’t answer my calls for assistance with door. You have to step up into the room to get in and as I forced the door open with my shoulder the door swung open and I fell into the room on the floor. It’s was a peaceful and fairly clean stay although the bathroom ceiling was falling on the floor from water damage. Not pleased with the accommodations and dismissive treatment considering my current condition and being alone. "

"The breakfast was mediocre the pool was cold and the bathroom had hairs left in the tub I brought my emotional support service dog with us a small yorkie who provides emotional support as trained to myself who suffers from Trigeminal Neuralgia. Brownie my dog keeps me calm while my condition acts up. The check out manager was rude and argumentative telling me that my emotional support dog was not a service dog because he didn’t look like a typical service dog asked why I didn’t have papers. He told me the 100 dollar charge was in case there was damage by the dog I assured him there was none. He said he has to make sure. After the treatment I was getting I went with him to the room to verify that there was no damage or anything by any of us he confirmed there was none. I am waiting to see the final bill to make sure no additional charges are placed against my charge card. I will never stay there again. Rude manager "

"The breakfast was marginal. There was plenty of times when there was no one manning the front desk. I suppose they were short staffed. "

"This was a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was nice and hot. Also very friendly with my pet, thank you for your accommodations and friendly staff. The only negative thing I would say is they really need to fix the road. The pot holes where entrance to the hotel were horrible!!"

"The entire staff was wonderful for both the lodging and the restaurant. The rooms were clean, quiet and totally safe from everything from the parking to the lodge hallways. It was a great stay and highly recommend the Seasons Lodge! "
