"Everything looks fine to me except my air conditioning - it didn’t allows me to lower room temperature while I stayed, which bothers me. The housekeeping lend me a fan which helps a bit. It finally works on the 9th night."

"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room. The amounts varied from day to day, but as I'd already paid through Expedia, getting the message across was difficult. So I just ended up smiling and nodding. The hotel was clean. Lots of building works going on. Also, the area is quite nice but a fair way away from Ningbo town centre. Which is...
