Very clean. A 5 star property anywhere in the world that I've stayed at. All real wood decor with marble bathrooms. The lobby is also all marble. Pay the extra few dollars and get the breakfast for 2 people each day you're there. It's a $30+ value per person - 10 stations of food choices, made to order dishes, Cappuccino and more. Not to be overlooked was the 10+ staff. Pradeet our server each day was the best I've ever had. Hospitality was off the charts.

* Even though as usual you have to leave a ridiculous deposit, they came back to my room and I had to pay for the wine seperately
* At 2140 I get a knock on the door. I'm on a conference call and guy has a free plate of something. I say I'm not interested as on a call and he proceeds to block door with his foot and argue.
Completely unimpressed
staying here as the exhibition I had to attend is nearby. taking 20 minutes to wait for check-in although I am the second in-line. the hotel is full of smoking smell of course because of the customers' poor manner in public area (there are ash trays in front of lifts??). Even in my room, the smell is lingering with the smoking smell.
The hotel is clean & has good facilities. My room was modern & a comfortable size. The restaurants can improve though. Had to order wine from the buffet restaurant when eating at the Thai restaurant as the Thai did not have a wine menu. Had to walk to the buffet myself to place the order as the staff in the Thai restaurant said we couldn't do this. When I ordered a bottle of white, the waiter came back & said that there was NO white wine available & that all the white wine was sold out. I then had to order a bottle of red instead. All of the options we EXTREMELY expensive though, all of them. The Thai restaurant forgot to charge me for two beers & then tried to constantly chase me down for the remainder of my trip to pay for these beers, even though I said just to put it on the room bill & I would pay when I checked out. 4 phone calls later from them (one was at 11.30pm) & they finally left me alone. FINALLY.
But the food at the Thai restaurant was actually very nice in the end. All other parts of my stay were enjoyable & the service was good.
Overall, a good stay. Well maintained hotel with lots of staff. Had an initial inconvenience because none of the staff seemed to know the hotel had an ATM machine. Only other setback was room service. The several times I ordered, English was not really spoken so it was a slow and painful process. The lack luster food taste and a desert that took 1.5 hours to arrive confirmed that I will not use that particular service here.
Amazing space, no much people speaking English and mo much guidance of commodities and when we visit the pool we were lost with no help, we didn't get a towel or anything
I stayed many times in this hotel. It's great for everything except the check in/out is really slow and not seeing the effort to help even when there were more staff. Not taking the order of First in First Service (letting people cutting in and no one try to solve this problem).
The hotel is great. Only one criticism - they staff do not clear the breakfast tables when vacated so there are few tables for later comers and it looks very messy and unprofessional.
only stayed one night. very comfortable. good service, excellent rates zero complaints. Also front desk staff spoke very good English. what do expect? ...its a Pan Pacific always excellent!
