The staffs are very friendly but having communication issue with English. The internet services is really a nightmare inspite requesting for hotel staff for help .Internet problem remain the same in order to stay connected with my phone and laptop.

Nice place, but not great for town.
Serviced apartment area was a few minute walk from the hotel checkin in a separate building. Room was clean but a bit warn. There were no utensils, laundry detergent or the other things I would expect. Other than in hotel nearest dining was 10 min cab ride at Wanda mall. Not a bad place, but I think there are better choices in town.

Great location an great overall hotel.
I had a terrific stay at this hotel , the staff was very friendly an also took care of any needs that I had , if you are in Ningbo, China - this is one of the finest hotels.

The hotel is clean and free for parking, but the location is a bit far away from the CBD area (i.e. 30 mins by taxi). By the way, the trainer at the gym room is not very friendly.

Stayed here last year for one month, great hotel and staff. The buffet was a lot better last year, this year not as good and pricey.

Best hotel experience in China
This hotel is only 2 years old, so the hotel is in great condition. I stayed the first night in the serviced suites- beautiful rooms overlooking the river. The gym pool and tennis court are great. The second night I stayed in the hotel regular hotel room, nothing special, but a nice room with access to the same amenities. Hotel staff speaks English and are very friendly and courteous.

LARGE Room but smelly and not super clean
Large room with a fridge, stove, and many other items I didn't need. It had a separate living room...it was in Building 2. Not sure if it was an upgrade or a standard room. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. It was very late when I checked in, and they didn't quite understand that I wanted them to bring some air freshener. My business partner's room didn't smell like mine, but she also complained that it wasn't so clean. It was fine for 1 night. IT's a very large hotel. Staff was ok...better in the morning time than the night time staff.

部屋は綺麗で清潔、広すぎる位でした。ジュニアスイート宿泊、一人には贅沢かも？ただ近隣にはレストランが少なく、現地に知り合いが居ないと不便かも？ホテルの従業員の働きも〇、総合で良かったと思う。

初めて寧波に行きました。心配なのでブランドホテルを選択しましたけど家族が蚊とダニに刺された。耳元で蚊が飛び回り熟睡出来ませんでした。3人部屋なのにリネンが準備されずに私が取りに行く始末です。未だに腫れて痒いです。

基本ステキなホテルでした。朝食も美味しく、ホテルの方も感じ良かったし、プールも綺麗でした。ただ部屋のトイレが臭ったのでそれだけ気になりました。

因为离客户单位近，这次来入住体验。感觉总体一般，与期待还有距离。周边环境不错，但是找餐饮、购物还是麻烦一点。房间设施好像有些陈旧，电视机画面模糊，清洁程度尚可。挑不出毛病也说不出什么好。

從機場出去酒店超級遠，打的要70人民幣，周圍荒蕪一片，沒什麼餐館，司機話是新開發區，如果出去吃飯一定要打的才能到，行不到的，太遠了，但ji酒店太荒蕪了，根本沒什麼的士到，等了很久也沒有，因為那晚很大雨，於是逼住在酒店內吃，好在有便利店，其他餐廳很早關門，9:30pm就關了。硬設施很好，大，靚，但房間煙味很重，很難聞，但我明明訂非吸煙房，為何會這樣？隔天去車站搭車去普陀山，也要搭40-50的士才到車站，離市中心太遠了，下次不會入住，

lujo total a un precio de mercado
Impactante hotel, las suites de servicio cuestan lo que un cuarto sencillo y tradicional en cualquier otro lado. Las habitaciones son completamente de lujo, grandes, nuevas y muy limpias, me sentí mejor que en casa jajaja. Servicio excelente.. Lujo total
