Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8Am so they stored our luggage and gave me a call when our room was ready (earlier than promised). This is a lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Baixxa neighborhood. They offered us a complimentary cocktail. We were able to walk to most places of interest from the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel!

we stayed in one of the sculptures. we liked having 100% privacy (no shared walls/floors/ceiling), the top open to the sky, the large shower, and the firm bed. The staff was very kind, and the disabled room amenities were excellent. The food service was tasty, and the breakfast, and the Sunday lunch buffet were particularly good. My daughter enjoyed the indoor spa pool as well. The hotel is near AIMA, which was helpful for us.
