"The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and cozy, an easy drive to many places, restaurants and beach were within a walkable distance. It was quiet at night, and waking up to birdsong was the perfect start to the day."

"This was a perfect beach retreat! Directly on the beach and never crowded. Steve was a great host and allowed my small dog. Would highly recommend this rental if all you want is to be steps to the water. Will absolutely return!"

"We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island."
