"Not a pleasant experience. No staff on premises despite information stating otherwise. No check-in information sent from motel or expedia. Found a phone number on the empty office door to call, took four tries before someone finally answered and told us to use an unlocked room. Room smelled like an entire bottle of pine sol had just been dumped in it. Mostly long term tennants living there, non-stop noise and banging on paper thin walls between 1-4:30 am when I finally gave up and left. Bed had two top sheets, no blankets. Almost $200 for one night of noise and discomfort."

"The property met our expectations for a little post-Christmas family time. The view out to the water was great. The house had everything we needed and was a relatively reasonable distance drive to nearby attractions. We didn't make use of the kayaks or the docks to access the water since it was cold and snowy, but that would be an excellent amenity in the warmer months."

"Had a wonderful time away with a men’s group. The house has charm and great flow with ample space for both meetings and solo reflection. Two high end fridges made it easy to store plenty of food. Lots of space for parking and an easy drive to the beach. Hosts were thoughtful and responsive. Overall great bang for the buck. "

"Beautful location and property that is adjacent to Kettle Pond State Park. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach and beach pass provided by owner. Well situated for short drives to Narragansett, Galilee, Pt. Judith, Wickford and Jamestown. House is well furnished and kitchen is suberb if you like to do some cooking while on vacation."

"Bunker house had lots of character. Plenty of space for multi-generational family. The sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and evening games. The pool was large and equipped with lots of seating and floats. Location was private but only a short drive to several beaches. Beach parking pass was included. Barry was very helpful - answering my many questions and providing information about the area. "
