We stayed here for a night before moving my daughter in for college. The room and property were run down and the room had a musty smell mixed with stale cigarette smoke. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cedar Park Whirlpool Suites! The room was immaculate, the entire property is very cute and well maintained, as well as unique. It was very quiet, and the jacuzzi tub is such a nice extra to have in your room. The jacuzzi tub is actually why I chose this property, not many people have one of these at home and as someone who loves baths, I used it as much as I could! I love that each room is essentially its own unit , so you had a great sense of privacy. This hotel is also in a great location . It is close to a large number of stores as well as the many fall festivals we drove up here to enjoy. The only thing I could think of that I would change is there are not many outlets close to the bed, so if you are staying here. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and we would absolutely book again in the future.

There was hair in the hot tub which had a very old tub stopper. It was yellow but you could tell it was once white. There was a used bandaid on the floor behind the bathroom door. Thank God i brought bathroom cleaner with me for the hot tub. I won’t ever be going back. The staff were very helpful though.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was very nice. Close to every where we wanted to be. Quiet and a good price for what we got. Some housekeeping adjustments could be made but, not terrible and we would stay here again.

We've come back several times. We like the wooded area, the breakfast of breads, waffles, OJ, coffee, the parking. It's about 10 minutes to drive to Westerly and about 15 to drive to beach. Very near Route 95. They allow dogs.

The rooms are very dated and not sufficiently cleaned. The jet tub was better then expected with a lot of power. The free limo ride to the casino was excellent. Overall I will stay again but not in a luxury suite due to the close proximity to misquamicat beach & the casino.

Very cute treehouse style rooms, spacious too. The grounds were a little unkept due to the winter weather. A slushy walk to and from. from the car Free limo service to and from the casino was an unexpected plus!

Well what can we say.......we stay here every 6 mos ....the rooms adequate good air clean enough....close to casino and beaches....outside of that the weekend LIMO is the best....we think then driver is great and the location ...perfect for a quick shower clean up!

The room was clean. The bed was ok. We were there for 5 days, and not once was the room cleaned. Not even to remove the trash. There was one small trash can so we ended buying trash bags. We were never offered clean towels. The hot water was hot, but took a REALLY long time to get hot. I would turn it on, go do something else and come back in about 10 to 15 minutes. There was no place to hang clothes which we needed, and it was dated. We were there for a funeral so the iron & full sized iron board came in handy. There was a coffee pot in the room, but bring your own coffee and fixings because there was none. The location was convenient for our needs. The breakfast was ok, but was NOT kept stocked. There was waffles, English muffins & bagels. Cereal (not all dispensers were full) some OJ (but come early it goes quick) & milk. All and all the place could be so much better with a little TLC.

Everything worked well. Great location. Parking is so convenient to the rooms. Setting is secluded. Staff were very helpful. A few signs of wear, like a few spots on the carpet and a crack in the sink basin, did not detract from function or cleanliness.

We chose this hotel for the price, location, and they allow dogs. We had a few issues with the room. First, the rooms are and unusual shape, and the way they arranged the beds there was only about 6-8 inches between the corners of the bed .. a space that you HAD to walk through to get to the bathroom. If you are mobility challenged you might have a problem accessing the bathroom. The walls are very thin, and we could hear our neighbors. (And their dog that whined and cried when they left it alone.). Our neighbors above us kept late hours and walked back and forth across the floor, and we could hear them opening and closing drawers all night. We found a lot of dead bugs on the floor… ugh! We won’t be returning.

For the price it was a reasonable stay. Rooms clean, large and well appointed. Front office staff were very pleasant. Breakfast good. They can really improve if - 1 they have better WiFi. Missed an important zoom call as the download was terrible. In today’s age with mesh routers and connectivity being affordable ; no excuse. 2. Need more plug points in rooms. And those in rooms should be upgraded. So worn that the plug unplugs. 3. Have sign in the breakfast area that milk and OJ are in the fridge. Most won’t open these as it’s meant for employee use only. And why have the ice dispenser locked up. Make it more accessible.
