  • Situated in the middle of 112 acres is the renovated 3300 sf house, with fenced pastures, surrounded by forest. No neighbors in sight. Bring your horses, 4x4's, boat to enjoy your stay at this beautiful farm just 16 minutes from a public boat ramp on Watts Bar Lake. Plenty of room for your group, with 5 bedrooms each with 50" TV's, and a 75" TV with comfortable seating in the living room. You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay.

House was very nice, rooms and sizes were great. The property is not far from Athens around a 20min drive. The wild life around the property was very nice. The covered porches were great for sitting outside in the day time especially the evening.

The primary reason it was not an "excellent" stay was the floors were filthy, our feet were black and we had to wear socks or shoes the whole time. There were bugs everywhere inside and out. The grass was not kept up which made it difficult for the small wedding. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed being able to gather as a family. The game room was fun for the kids, and they enjoyed sleeping in there. The rooms were otherwise comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was a perfect size and fit our needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
