  • Enjoy the Realm of 2.5 acre serene 4 season river front cottage. It has breathtaking views of the lush green natural habitat along the South River which merges into the famous Lake Nipissing.
    Hike, fish, swim, Boat, Kayak or canoe! You may wish to rent/purchase equipment locally or bring your own. A public boat launch is only a 5 min walk.
    Footes store that is less than a 5min drive is the local grocery store that also has a Gas Station, LCBO, Beer Store and a chip trailer.
    Experience the large kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, cookware, etc. All that you need to cook like a professional chef - your own magic ingredients. A dining table and the breakfast bar give you ample place to dine in. 2 full size bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds & linen, 4 Piece bathroom and an in-suite laundry with detergents to keep you fresh throughout your stay

Great property for boating and fishing

Property is very large and mostly private with only one close neighbour. Close proximity to boat launch and ability to tie up at the dock on the property. River connects directly to Lake Nippissing with a 30 minute boat ride. Everything we needed was at the property. General store is very bare bones so be sure to stop for groceries before arriving. Overall a great stay, will definitely return!

Grass not cut, garbage from last guests still in garage. No screens on windows with no air conditioning.
