"We had a big room but the room design was awful so bed room is not a room it is just on the entrance of the salon, hot is not clean, we had 2 nights reservation we could not stay more that one night and we shifted to another hotel. On the time of check out they told me they will refund but expidea informed me that the hotel is not accepting the refund."

Overall, the hotel is nice and comfortable.
However, if you enjoy drinking espresso, be aware that they are charged separately at breakfast, and there is no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing.
The indoor pool is a nice feature, but the water is a little on the cool side.
The gym is available and clean, although not very large.
The breakfast is good.
All in all, a pleasant stay, with a few small details that could be improved.

Magnificent views of the Bosphorus from InterContinental Istanbul's rooftop City Lights Bar and restaurant - not to be missed.
The bedrooms are a good size and were spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed.
Great location near Takism square and metro

This newly built hotel blends modern elegance with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully designed with thoughtful details, and the wellness area feels calm and refined. What truly stands out, though, is the staff, genuinely attentive and professional, making sure every guest feels well cared for throughout their stay.

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable apartments. The staff especially Fevzi at the reception was very helpful. We were well taken care of and had great service. There is a lot of options of cafes and restaurants around. The location is very safe. The aparments are .large and the beds are very relaxing. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.
