This beautiful cabin, located on the Southwest side of Gull Lake, is a perfect lakeside escape. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and outdoor adventure. Enjoy panoramic views of the tranquil lake. Step outside to a large deck and patio area, perfect for BBQs and enjoying the scenic surroundings. It is also perfect for fishing, boating, and picturesque sunsets.

* Pool table and cues (can be turned into a ping pong table), bar area, & other games are located on the main level.
* There's one kayak, one paddle board , fishing poles & other water toys that you can use during your stay.
* Life vest sizes range from child to adult.
* This is a lakeshore property.

The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease, while the dining area offers a great space to enjoy them with a view.

Just minutes from downtown Nisswa for shopping and restaurants. Sunshine’s Summer House restaurant is just right across the street. Just minutes from Corner Store Brainerd, gas, convenience store and liquor store.

Other Things to Note:
* All cancellations follow booking platform rules as outlined. Refunds do not include credit card processing fees, those are non-refundable.
* For non-Airbnb bookings, final charges will include credit card processing fee.
* This property allows a max of 2 dogs at a $50 fee per pet for the entire stay.
* The two fireplaces are not useable.
* No loud music after 10:00pm.
