"Second stay there, first time was nice, this time was disappointing. The cleanliness of the common areas (with exception of the lobby, and the room were below par (no pun intended). The biggest problem was the noise and commotion in the courtyard AND in the hallways on both Friday and Saturday. From 11:00 PM on there was a lot of yelling and arguing throughout the property. The noise continued throughout until nearly 3:00 AM. It escalated into loud arguments and fighting from 12:30-3:09 AM. It moved into the building where there was banging on doors on the third floor where apparently people were locking others out of the rooms. A couple times I was close to calling the police because things were getting out of control."

"The shower is halfway open so the water will wet the floor on the outside. Bed was very comfortable. Couldn’t stream any of my apps. "

"I live in Philly and planned on staying here for one night after attending a wedding nearby in Bala Cynwyd. The property is outdated and garishly designed. You can tell they've attempted to upgrade over the years by just adding a hodgepodge of wall and ceiling accents/lights, and a dozen different paint colors. The maids were using old shopping carts to carry linens and cleaning equipment. There were two types of old linoleum flooring in the room that my sneakers were sticking to as soon as I walked in. The lights were bright white and one of them buzzed loudly which was off-putting and I turned it off right away. There was an overwhelming smell of a cheap air freshener that gave me a headache. I got back to the hotel at 12:30am and immediately grabbed my overnight bag and turned in my key at the front desk as I was not comfortable staying the night at all. The front desk attendant didn't even bother pausing his personal phone call or ask why I was leaving in the middle of the night. Wasted $161 on a hotel room that I didn't even sleep in because it was so uncomfortable, and is absolutely not worth the price they're charging. Plus, I had to pay for a Lyft in the middle of the night to drive me the 30 mins home. Overall, waste of time and money and would never recommend staying here to anyone."

"This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. There were also a lot of air fresheners all over, which I’m assuming was to mask the smell of cat pee and weed from the other tenants in the hallway. We also kept getting woken up in the middle of night by traffic and tires screeching outside, but that is just what comes with visiting Philly. There was plenty of free parking on side streets, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a fine stay for the price; it was fairly clean and felt safe for the area. Instructions on how to enter were easy to follow, and check out was simple. I would recommend if you’re on a budget."
