Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "It was great. We arrived a bit confused, as there was a surprise Kraftklub concert at the venue. I expected a calm and quiet vacation with my mom after going to the local spa, but this was better! Security and staff let the very few guest at the hotel "attend" the concert from our window views. The town is definitely mostly car-friendly, and many things are closed for the winter, but the concert was awesome!"
