"Oceanfront room with an unobstructed view. The room was clean. Furniture is in great condition. Staff is vary accommodating. We would definitely return to this resort."

"Room was clean, staff was very nice. I didn’t have a view of the ocean from my balcony. The restaurant with free breakfast was across the street from hotel, so I didn’t go. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. Great location!"

"Flew down for a couple days of golf. Very nice 2 bedroom suite ocean view and balcony. This time of year the place was a quiet. Room included a kitchenette. Would certainly stay here again"

"The that was good to me and my children, anything you need that they could provide they did. Kids had a ball in the water park, just feel they should be a closed in walkway to the other buildings water park. When it's really busy I think they should have two men replacing the water park towels. I feel the breakfast buffet needed some turkey bacon or turkey sausage for all those that don't eat pork daily."

"I booked through Expedia, went to check in and was told there was no vacancy. Instead of a refund, I was offered nothing and me and my children were left with nowhere to sleep after a 7 hour drive there. Expedia nor the hotel were helpful. I spent 2 hours trying to resolve the issue but was told nothing could be done because the hotel kept hanging up on the Expedia agent. "

"I made reservations for Saturday February 28,2026. When I arrived to check in I was told my room had mechanical problems and so there was nothing that could be done and I lost my money. Very poor customer service. I was not accommodated. I will never make reservations at this hotel again !!!!!!!! "

"It was a nice hotel. Not 5 star, but definitely nice. The lady at the front desk in the evening was very nice. They have free coffee 24 hours a day. A nice little selection of free food for breakfast. The elevator was a little noisy, but it works good. Our room was nice & clean. We will be staying here again in September. It's right beside Friendly's Restaurant. So food very close."
