Staff was amazing, property and rooms were in tiptop shape and so clean. Was the perfect get away just to relax and reset. The entertainment team made you feel so welcome, with Madeleine sticking out for being extra friendly and sweet.

Beware the staff will downgrade your room. We spent more time in the office trying to fix the room situation than the pool. They also failed give us our vip bracelets. Finally got situated a day before we left. The staff acts bothered every time you ask for anything. The waiters refuse to help at all. We would get our own drinks from the bar. The Italian restaurant staff ignored us for two hours. We got sandwiches from the snack shack to keep the kids from starving. The hotel and beach are beautiful but the rats in the walls let us up at night.

Next morning the manager came knocking on our door claiming we did not have a reservation but luckily I had receipts having booked and prepaid via Expedia ..."
