"The restaurant was great, serving a variety of delicious meals, but it can get busy in the morning for breakfast. The pool is beside the restaurant, and both have an amazing view of the Bacuit Bay and Islands in the distance.
The Glasshaus room also had a good view, but it looked like it was built cheaply for aesthetic purposes rather than practicality. The 'kitchen' in the room didn't have a stove top so the pots and pans hanging above are purely decoration.
The bathroom was tiny and barely usable. The shower drizzled warm water on the hottest setting at night, so I was often cold. You weren't allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilet, so you had to use a bin that barely fit between the toilet and sink.
Keep in mind that it's a lot of stairs from the room to the restaurant as well. Another is that there is a room above you so it can be a little noisy depending on your upstairs neighbours.
The glass of the room is tinted so you have full privacy during the day.
The staff were really lovely, and they like to use WhatsApp to communicate so make sure you have it when you go. They also have a free shuttle (within certain hours) to and from the town of El Nido but only one transport vehicle so you might have wait a bit sometimes."
