The front desk was less than helpful, especially on our arrival as our flight was delayed. Absolutely no help with transportation or trying to get something to eat. However, when we checked in at the sister hotel, Hotel Ala, staff were not very friendly. You may also be given a room key for the top floor of the hotel, which is something to be mindful of if you are travelling with lots of luggage as there is no elevator. We experienced this. "The room was excellent! The food at the restaurant was one of the best I had on vacation! Also, I needed an ice pack frozen overnight and they were able to accommodate me and take care of that so that I could pick it up during breakfast in the morning. The breakfast buffet was the biggest I’ve ever seen and absolutely delicious! The parking under the building was very convenient and kept our car out of the sun and cooler for our days travel."
