The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, an excellent location, and a timeless elegance that perfectly captures the charm of Sorrento. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on ensuring we had an unforgettable stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to help with anything we needed made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were especially impressed with the restaurant recommendations provided by the hotel. The staff directed us to several fantastic local restaurants, each offering authentic cuisine and memorable dining experiences. Their local knowledge helped us make the most of our time in Sorrento. We highly recommend the Grand Hotel Europa Palace to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.
