The property is very clean and well-kept. The rooms are simple but well furnished and the beds are comfortable. The surrounding area is a little gritty but we felt very safe and the two espresso bars nearby are great places to start your morning.

Wow! This place surpassed our expectations as a family of four. We had everything we needed with great AC, super friendly staff, clean and spacious room, easy check in. Literally checks all of the boxes. They have a terrace with a view of the port and you can see the big cruise ships coming in. Wonderful place!

We enjoyed ourselves so much the one night we booked, that we came back and booked for four additional nights. The staff was amazing. The location was excellent, very walkable, but within a 2 minute walk of the metro as well. The breakfast was great. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how perfect their pancakes were. We will be staying here anytime we are in Napoli.

Great location and family friendly

We stayed in the suite with 2 balconies, both rooms had fully working Airconditions. The rooms had coffee tea a kettle a smaller hob , a fridge and mini bar. A big spacious bathroom. We would definitely stay here again , it was perfect for a family with a toodler. The terras for drinks and breakfast overlooks the harbour. There was lift (even if small). Best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff in the reception and the location it self if perfect for a city break! And close to everything!

We had our door left open by cleaning staff while we were out. Thankfully nothing was missing...I reported it to front desk. Other than that incident, the room was comfortable and breakfast was always pleasant on the roof terrace. Good location to catch the metro or walk to major sights. Quiet neighborhood but expect the church bell to go off every 15 min starting at 7am. We got used to it though.
