This beautiful 2 story villa is located in the relaxing area of Boroncana and is fully surrounded by a beautiful garden with a private pool and a gazebo to enjoy the sunny days of Aruba. At night you can gather and use the fire pit to relax with your group of friends or family.

Boroncana Bonita is a well-appointed 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with one of the bedrooms attached to the villa in a studio apartment, which includes a queen bed and full bathroom and a kitchenette. A 5th bedroom is included and located in a casita by the pool, this also includes a full bathroom as well as a queen bed. Upon entering the house, you will find a comfortable TV room with a big-screen television on your right and a guest bathroom on your left. Next to the TV room, you will find a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa and a nice view of the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is designed with a modern touch and an island stovetop. You will be able to prepare all your favorite meals in this kitchen. The kitchen also features a built-in coffee machine for coffee lovers.

Next, to the kitchen, there is the dining area where you can seat 8 people. The spiral staircase will lead you to the bedrooms and full bathrooms. Looking out the window of the bedrooms you have a nice view of the beautiful natural scenery of the island. One bedroom features a queen bed, a TV, and a closet. The second bedroom features two single beds a TV, and a closet. The spacious master bedroom has a sitting chair, a king bed, and a walk-in closet. The 4th bedroom is an apartment attached to the villa, it has a kitchenette, full bath airco and TV and queen-size bed. The 5th bedroom is located by the pool in a casita. This is a small studio with a bathroom and small kitchen with a queen-size bed.

The backyard is very spacious and relaxing. There is a private swimming pool, a fully equipped shaded BBQ area comfortable chairs, and a huge gazebo with a sofa and some chairs. There is also a palapa where you can sit on 2 lounge chairs can take a break from the Aruba sun.

The villa is only 5 minute's drive from the high-rise area. You will also be close to the north side beaches and the off-roading area of the island. The nearest supermarket is within a 5-minute drive. The house is in a nice and quiet area.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. The property also provides beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, we do not provide umbrellas.

There are security cameras located on this property for your safety – they are located at the entrance, driveway, and side of the property.
