PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR DESCRIPTION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY RULES/FEES/ADVISE/AMMENTIES.

This villa really has the best location!
Just walk out of your gate, out of the street and across the road, and you will be right by the Palm Beach Plaza Mall which is right by the hotel strip with all it's great benefits. Beach-shops-restaurants-nightlife- ALL AT WALKING DISTANCE.
The villa has a large living area with comfortable seating areas and is completely air conditioned. The kitchen is connected to the living area so you can cook and prepare meals in a nice cool home. We have a large dining table and a second sitting area to watch TV. Large glass doors give the home great light and a connected feel with the outdoor space. The sitting area on the patio is great, lounge chairs, dining table, patio seats, outdoor kitchen, a BBQ, and of course a beautiful swimming pool. All it needs is YOU on a float!
All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, we have 2 bathrooms with hot water, the house has an alarm system, washing machine, WiFi, a full equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your dinners.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $250 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Great Home Actually walking distance to the strip and beach

This home is a little older but super nice and the location is amazing with an easy walk to the strip and beach. We walked each day with coolers and chairs to the beach and at night for dinner. Plenty of room and wonderful outside area. Would book again

A private retreat close to the action

The location is great! A private neighborhood only two blocks from restaurants and Palm Beach. We spent a lot of time at the pool and patio. We debated on whether to rent a car but opted for using the concierge for groceries and taxis to/from airport and Eagle Beach.

Family Vacation

The home was spacious and a great vacation spot for my family and significant other. Accurate location and listing. We did rent a car but you could walk to many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Nice, quiet location. Easy walk to the beach even with a 4-year-old. Very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. Very nice place to stay. The house could use a little maintenance/upkeep, but not enough to make us not want to stay there again. Would definitely stay again.

Our trip and stay was simply amazing. The communication was on point, Daniel property manager was helpful and a great resource of information. A home away from home

This property was perfect. It made us feel like we had a home away from home. It was an easy walk to the Hotel Area and a short drive to Eagle Beach and other areas. The layout and furnishings were as comfortable as could be, and I loved the coffee provided! I hope to stay here again soon.

Wonderful experience

The house was amazing. Although it isn’t right on the beach, it’s a short walk through a path to get to the restaurants, casinos, and other night life. There was one small issue with a leak in the bathroom and was taken care of immediately. I actually locked us out because I forgot my key and someone came in less than half an hour, taking time away from their free time to assist me. Highly recommend!

We stayed over New Years and loved it! The house was perfect for the family. Just a short walk over to the strip with all the shopping, restaurants, and bars. Only took us 6 minutes to be on the beach. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided. The outdoor area at the home is perfect to relax. Would definitely rent again!

Fabulous Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful time here. The outdoor area and the footprint of the house was perfect! We "lived" our vacation dream for an entire month and was not disappointed in the least. There was plenty of room, and while a few minor issues did pop up, the management was amazingly responsive and took care of everything in record time. The home and location were perfect and offered a ton a privacy and relaxation. But within 5 minutes, we could walk to the beaches and all the action that is Palm Beach. We'd definitely stay again.

Great stay

This house is great for a big family! The agency who manages the property is easy to contact. There was a storm that took out a pole and the internet services. They worked diligently to help restore our options to internet and electricity. The location is close to eagle beach- all within walking distance to scooters, bikes and the high rise hotels.
