Bring your family and friends to a tropical paradise and book this gorgeous and spacious villa. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms - 3.5 bathrooms. This villa has all the ingredients needed: AC-hot water-beach chairs-WiFi-alarm system-safe-full equipped kitchen-BBQ- and above all amazing outdoor space with large and fresh swimmingpool to spend quality time in privacy, while only MINUTES away from the hotel strip of Palm Beach!

This villa is perfect for large groups of friends and family who are looking to spend quality time away from the busy resorts!
The 5 bedrooms in total will easily outdo any hotel experience and give everyone space and privacy.
Not just one but two master bedrooms have their own attached bathroom. The other three smaller bedrooms share a bathroom and an additional half bathroom.
Our master bedrooms have kingsize beds, two of the other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the fifth bedroom has two single beds.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary pots and pans and dishes to make sure you can prepare meals at home and save a bundle on dining out every evening. The appliances in the kitchen are brand new and we have a great ceramic stovetop, a dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge, blender, toaster, coffeemaker! The large large dining table on the patio by the pool will make dining in just as fun as any restaurant. You can even order a chef in to come and cook your meal!
The villa is completely airconditioned so you can enjoy and sleep on nice cold sheets after a long day sunbathing and visiting Aruba's beaches.

Our villa has a great outdoor space with a delicous fresh pool and chairs to lounge by the pool to enjoy the sun, but there is plenty of space to also enjoy shade at the hottest time of day. Outdoor shower, bathroom by the pool, loungechairs, large dining table, and to make things complete a great BBQ grill to have fun and cook outside.
We also provide great Tommy Bahama beach chairs which are very comfortable and easy to carry, so you can save on chair rental on the beach. Of course we also provide a cooler and beach towels!
We value our guests safety so our property is fully fenced so you will have all the privacy you need, we have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and we also have a safe for you to store your valuables.
Our home has hot water and free WiFi.

Our villa is perfect for you! There is a tennis club right next door where you can obtain a day or week pass and also use the gym. They also have a casual restaurant for you to grab a bite.
You are about a 5 minute drive from the strip of Palm Beach with the High Rise hotels and all it's watersports, entertainment and restaurants.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $280 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
