Clean and well maintained facilities, helpful and polite staff and a nice amount of options for breakfast as well. Parking right next door and the hotel provides a 25% discount on the parking garage.

Staff was not kind, they made me pay for breakfast while on the eve the agent reassured me that breakfast was free. Plus, every hotel I had stayed in before offered me a free baby crib, I got it for free but in this hotel, they said I need to pay an additional 55Euro or 60Euro. That was not friendly or cool not because of money but it means the hotel is not family-friendly. The hotel can do better on that front.

The location of this hotel was fabulous!! Right next to the Grand Royal Galleria. The air conditioning was nice!! We stayed in the family room and the beds were a bit small but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

"An excellent stop over with nice rooms and wife said it was the best mattress of our Europe tour. Breakfast was excellent however check with reception on busy times. Parking is expensive however the friendly reception team explained that street parking was cheaper for our short stay. Ideal location ..."
